Preparation time varies based on your starting fitness level and the specific test requirements. For candidates with a good fitness foundation, 4-8 weeks of focused training is often sufficient. Those starting with lower fitness levels may need 12-16 weeks or more. During your initial assessment, we'll provide a realistic timeline based on your current abilities and test goals.
