The Training Club
Classes

Small group training with real coaching, capped at 8 people.

Classes at Training Club are not “pack the room and hope for the best.” Each session is capped at up to 8 people so that coaching and programming still matter.

You’ll know what the plan is, why you’re doing the work, and how it moves you forward — all in a private facility without the chaos of a commercial gym.

What small group training feels like

  • Up to 8 people per class — enough energy, not a crowd.
  • Coached movements, not just “follow along and hope.”
  • Structured blocks that repeat just enough for progress.
  • A mix of strength, conditioning, and movement quality.
Class Formats

How our classes are structured

Sessions are programmed in training blocks. You’ll see movements often enough to progress, with enough variation to stay engaged and address weak links.

Strength & Conditioning

The backbone of our classes. Big lifts, accessory work, and conditioning that supports both performance and day-to-day life. Expect barbells, dumbbells, sleds, bodyweight work, and intervals that make sense.

Conditioning & Work Capacity

Sessions focused on engine-building and repeatable output — without just “smashing you” every time. Interval work, circuits, and test-inspired conditioning that still respects good mechanics.

Where classes fit with 1:1 coaching

Some clients only train in classes. Others combine small-group sessions with 1:1 coaching for more technical work or test-specific preparation.

If you’re preparing for a law-enforcement fitness test, we’ll often blend structured classes with separate test-prep work — so you get both general strength and conditioning, plus practice on the exact demands of your test.

Good fits for classes

  • People who like training with others but still want coaching.
  • Friends or co-workers who want to train together.
  • Applicants who want more conditioning volume around test prep.
  • Anyone who’s bored with big-box gym “wander around” training.
