Do you run the official POPAT or PFA test? +
We do not run the official POPAT or PFA test. We are a training facility, not an official testing center. We train the individual components and physical demands of your specific test—such as strength, conditioning, and pacing—so you are fully prepared for test day.
How long does it take to be ready? +
This depends on your current baseline. If you are already close to the standard, a focused 4-week training block is often enough to dial in pacing, efficiency, and technique. If you need to build significant strength or cardiovascular capacity, we typically recommend 3 months of consistent training.
Can I train if I have an injury? +
Yes. In many cases, training around an injury is the best way to continue progressing while recovering. We modify movements to avoid pain, protect the injured area, and keep the rest of your body strong and conditioned so you don’t lose fitness.
Do I need to be a member to do the assessment? +
No. The Assessment is a standalone service. You can book it to establish a baseline and receive professional feedback without committing to a long-term membership.
