The Training Club
Semi-Private

Semi private training with real coaching, capped at 6 people.

Sessions at Training Club are not “pack the room and hope for the best.” Each session is capped at up to 6 people so that coaching and programming still matter.

You’ll know what the plan is, why you’re doing the work, and how it moves you forward — all in a private facility without the chaos of a commercial gym.

What semi-private training feels like

  • Up to 6 people per class — enough energy, not a crowd.
  • Coached movements, not just “follow along and hope.”
  • Structured blocks that repeat just enough for progress.
  • A mix of strength, conditioning, and movement quality.
Class Formats

How our sessions are structured

Sessions are programmed in training blocks. You’ll see movements often enough to progress, with enough variation to stay engaged and address weak links.

Strength & Conditioning

The backbone of our classes. Big lifts, accessory work, and conditioning that supports both performance and day-to-day life. Expect barbells, dumbbells, sleds, bodyweight work, and intervals that make sense.

Conditioning & Work Capacity

Sessions focused on engine-building and repeatable output — without just “smashing you” every time. Interval work, circuits, and test-inspired conditioning that still respects good mechanics.

Membership Rates

Consistent training, accessible pricing.

Our group training rates are designed to reward consistency. Committed training costs less per session.

Weekly Commitments

1 session / week $25 / session
2 sessions / week $23 / session
3 sessions / week $20 / session
4 sessions / week $18 / session

Why commit to a membership?

  • Lower cost: Frequency drops the per-session rate significantly.
  • Better results: 3-4 days a week allows for a proper split of strength and conditioning.
  • Reserved spots: Members get priority booking in our limited-size classes.
Common Questions

About Semi Private Training

Is this like CrossFit? +
We use similar tools (barbells, kettlebells, rowing machines), but our philosophy is different. We prioritize structural balance and movement quality over high-intensity fatigue. It's about building a body that lasts, not just crushing a workout.
How many people are in a session? +
We cap every session at 6 people. This ensures you still get individual coaching, cueing, and corrections, rather than just getting lost in a big group.
What if I have an injury or can't do a movement? +
Because our groups are small, the coach knows everyone's limitations. We will provide an immediate 'swap' or modification for any movement that causes pain or feels sketchy.
Can I just do drop-ins? +
Our pricing model is designed for consistency (memberships), but we do offer drop-ins if there is space in a class. Priority booking always goes to members.

Where sessions fit with 1:1 coaching

Some clients only train in semi-private sessions. Others combine semi private sessions with 1:1 coaching for more technical work or test-specific preparation.

If you’re preparing for a law-enforcement fitness test, we’ll often blend structured classes with separate test-prep work — so you get both general strength and conditioning, plus practice on the exact demands of your test.

Good fits for classes

  • People who like training with others but still want coaching.
  • Friends or co-workers who want to train together.
  • Applicants who want more conditioning volume around test prep.
  • Anyone who’s bored with big-box gym “wander around” training.
