About Private Coaching

Do I need to sign a long-term contract? +
No. Our training is billed on a recurring 4-week basis. We don't lock you into 12-month contracts, but we do price our sessions to reward those who commit to a consistent weekly frequency (e.g. 2x or 3x per week).
What if I am a complete beginner? +
Private 1:1 coaching is actually the best place to start. Unlike a class where you might feel 'lost in the crowd,' private sessions allow us to teach you the basics of lifting and movement at your exact pace, with zero pressure.
How does scheduling work? +
We prioritize consistency. Most 1:1 clients have a 'set slot' (e.g. Mondays and Thursdays at 7am) that is reserved specifically for them. This guarantees your workout time fits your life and keeps you accountable.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private session. Because we operate by appointment only, late cancels mean the coach cannot fill that time slot.
